Returns + Exchanges

 

If we make a mistake with your order, or there are some other problems with an order through our fault we will refund your full purchase. Please contact our support team - info@nikiki.co

Nikiki.co accepts exchanges and returns for unused and unworn goods. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. All returned items must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt. All sale items are final sale.

Exchanges can be made for a new size or a new style/color (including fees for difference in cost). Delivery to customers on a new style/size will be free. However, in case of return or exchange customers will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days after receiving the item.

Damaged items or missing package

If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged or your item did not reach You within in the time allotted for delivery plus 3 days please don’t hesitate to get in touch -info@nikiki.co

Cancelling Orders

To cancel an order, please contact customer service at info@nikiki.co. Once the order is processed and reached the distribution center, cancellations will not be possible. But You always can return the items within 30 days after delivery.
